Mertailor ships worldwide using UPS and USPS. With a few exceptions, we can get your Mertailor items shipped anywhere you want them to go!
All Mertailor products are made to order. Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt and added to the respective manufacturing schedules. Estimated manufacturing times vary and are noted on each individual product page on the website. Orders placed for multiple items that have different manufacturing times will be shipped when all the items on the order are complete. Please base your delivery date on the item with the longest estimated manufacturing time. Choosing an expedited method of shipment will reduce the time your package is in transit, but it will not expedite manufacturing times.
Manufacturing times are estimated and can vary. We are sometimes ahead of schedule and can ship early. However, planning on worst-case scenario will almost always avoid disappointment. On rare occasion, due to unexpected spikes in orders or circumstances outside of our control, shipment of orders may be delayed beyond estimated manufacturing times.
If you have waited a little too long to place your order and have concerns it may not arrive on time for your vacation or event, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Whenever possible we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
Carrier Shipping Times:
All orders ship from our location in Lecanto, Florida, USA
- UPS Ground (Continental US) 2-5 business days typical
- Most UPS ground shipments within the state of Florida will arrive next day. Outlying areas of the Panhandle and Keys typically delivers in 2 days
- Expedited shipping options are available: Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select. The day of package pickup and weekends are not included in the delivery calculations by the carrier. Example: A package picked up on Friday shipping 2nd Day Air will be delivered on Tuesday of the following week.
- UPS International shipping times vary by Country, 3-10 business days typical.
- UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes
- USPS Priority Mail (Continental US) 2-3 business days
- USPS Priority Mail (Alaska/Hawaii) 2-4 business days
- USPS Priority Mail (International) 15-30 business days*
- USPS First Class Mail** Varies by location. International can be 30 days +

Posted delivery times are estimates by USPS and are NOT guaranteed (See guidelines on the USPS.com website)
*While we do offer USPS mail services, we do not recommend the use of USPS for international shipments for high value packages. Tracking information is intermittent and often stops completely once packages leave the US. Returns are initiated without notice and shipping charges for packages returned by USPS as undeliverable or unclaimed are not refundable. Claims for loss can be lengthy and unsuccessful.
**USPS First Class Mail is not insurable. Choose this option at your own risk. Mertailor will not assume responsibility for losses experienced when choosing this shipping option.
International Shipments and Import Fees
Shipping charges paid at order placement do not include import fees. Customer is responsible for payment of all import fees, duties, taxes, and any third-party handling fees. Import fees must be paid by customer to the carrier before final delivery of package. Import fees are typically based on the value of the merchandise purchased and vary for each Country. Merchandise values will be accurately reflected on the commercial invoice which is required for processing your international shipment.
Refusal by customer to pay assessed fees will result in the return or abandonment of shipment. Packages will not be approved for return if return shipping costs exceed the value of the merchandise. Return shipping costs are often higher than those paid to have the order shipped. Any eligible refund will be forfeited for abandoned packages. Refunds on returned packages will be reduced by shipping costs and any other fees incurred.
Please familiarize yourself with your Country’s import fees structure and policies to avoid unexpected surprises at delivery.
Shipping Cost Estimates
Shipping options and costs can be estimated prior to checkout once you have added all the items you wish to purchase to your cart:
- Click on the shopping bag on the top right corner of your screen
- Click “View and Edit Cart”
- Click Estimate Shipping and Tax*
- Enter Country, State/Province and Zip/Postal code
You will be given several shipping options with costs for your review.
*Tax pertains to Florida States Sales Tax for orders delivered within the State of Florida ONLY
At Check Out
You will be provided shipping options with final shipping costs before entering your payment method at checkout. At checkout you MUST enter a complete shipping address before shipping options can be calculated. If the message on the screen states no shipping options are available, you have failed to enter all the information for your address which is required for the calculation. Please review the information you have entered. If you continue to have difficulties, please contact customer service at email@example.com for further assistance.
Once your order is processed for shipment you will receive an automated email from Mertailor with the tracking number for your order. Please visit the shipping carrier’s webpage to accurately track the delivery date of your package. CLAIMS FOR NON-DELIVERY OF PACKAGES MUST BE MADE WITHIN 75 DAYS OF SHIPMENT via email to firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance with filing a lost package claim with the shipping carrier. Shipping carriers will not accept claims beyond 90 days of original date of shipment. Mertailor is not responsible for shipments not received if customer fails to provide the required notification within 75 days of shipment.
International shipments using UPS as the carrier will also receive notifications directly from UPS. It is important to review these notices which may request additional information for package clearance through Customs and/or provide instructions for payment of import fees.
